2. How often will I receive the box?

Our subscription boxes are shipped bi-monthly on the 15th of every other month, starting in January of each year. That means you’ll receive a new box in January, March, May, July, September, and November.

Here are a few important details to keep in mind:
📦 Shipping Dates – Boxes are sent out on the 15th of the scheduled months. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, shipments will go out the next business day.
📦 Order Cutoff – To receive the current box, you must subscribe before the 10th of the shipping month. Orders placed after the 10th will receive the next scheduled box.
📦 Tracking Information – You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your box has shipped so you can keep an eye on its arrival.

3. How do I sign up?

Each bi-monthly box costs $46.99, including the cost of shipping and handling. When you sign up, you’ll be billed every two months. We also offer discounts for multi-month subscriptions, so the more you commit, the more you save!


6. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and follow the cancellation process or contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note, if you cancel before the next shipment, you won’t be charged for the upcoming box.


7. What if I have dietary restrictions or preferences?

We understand that moms have different needs and preferences. Because of that, we have ensured that all specially curated products are nut free.


8. When will I receive my first box?

Your first box will ship within 5-7 business days after you sign up. You’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. After that, future boxes will ship according to the bi-monthly schedule.


9. Can I customize what goes into my box?

10. What if my box is damaged or I’m missing an item?

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. However, if you do experience an issue with your box—whether it’s damaged items or something missing—please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll be happy to resolve the issue and send a replacement or offer a refund if needed.


11. How do I update my shipping address or payment information?
